Geoffhas been amazing, I have had him for almost 2 months for Personal Training and the way he explains things, pushes me, and shows me proper form is amazing. I would highly recommend him if you are trying to achieve your dreams in the gym. I plan on continuing to be trained by him for the foreseeable future!

Geoffis an amazing coach!! He takes pride in what he does and is a positive motivator. He will go at your pace but will also push, motivate, and challenge you to take it one step farther to get to that end goal!!!
